Salad
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce cut into wedges
- 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
Dressing
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Buttermilk
- ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges.
2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble.
3. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, blue cheese, white wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Place each lettuce wedge on a plate. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing. Top with crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and additional blue cheese crumbles.
