Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large Russet Potatoes
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash potatoes and bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
  3. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  4. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh, leaving a thin shell.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine potato flesh, sour cream, milk, butter, cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spoon mixture back into potato shells.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for another 15 minutes.
