- 0.5 head green cabbage, shredded
- 0.5 head red cabbage, shredded
- 2 units carrots, grated
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and grated carrots.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
