Ingredients 

Pickling Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup vinegar white or apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 4 cups cucumbers sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic smashed
  • 1 teaspoon dill dried or fresh

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar and salt dissolve.
  2. Let the brine cool to room temperature.
  3. Place cucumbers, garlic, and dill in a jar.
  4. Pour the cooled brine over the cucumbers, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  5. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
