Pickling Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vinegar white or apple cider
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 cups cucumbers sliced
- 2 cloves garlic smashed
- 1 teaspoon dill dried or fresh
In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar and salt dissolve.
Let the brine cool to room temperature.
Place cucumbers, garlic, and dill in a jar.
Pour the cooled brine over the cucumbers, ensuring they are fully submerged.
Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
