Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich
A classic Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich recipe with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 unit Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
4. Return the onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Mix with the steak.
5. Place the provolone cheese slices over the steak mixture. Allow to melt.
6. Toast the hoagie rolls in the oven or on a skillet.
7. Fill the toasted hoagie rolls with the steak, onion, and pepper mixture. Serve hot.
