Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich
A classic Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich recipe with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 unit Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 
- 2. Add the onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside. 
- 3. In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes. 
- 4. Return the onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Mix with the steak. 
- 5. Place the provolone cheese slices over the steak mixture. Allow to melt. 
- 6. Toast the hoagie rolls in the oven or on a skillet. 
- 7. Fill the toasted hoagie rolls with the steak, onion, and pepper mixture. Serve hot.
