  • ½ cup Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
  4. Add the cornstarch slurry to the saucepan and stir well.
  5. Continue to cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
