- ½ cup Honey
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
In a saucepan, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
Add the cornstarch slurry to the saucepan and stir well.
Continue to cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
