- 2 cups Dried Beans soaked overnight
- 1 lb Ham Hock
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 6 cups Water
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. In a large pot, add soaked beans, ham hock, chopped onion, minced garlic, and water.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours, or until beans are tender.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
