  • 4 slices Bread Preferably sourdough or ciabatta
  • 4 slices Cheese Mozzarella or cheddar
  • 4 slices Ham
  • 1 tablespoon Butter Softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your panini press.
  2. 2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Layer cheese, ham, and another slice of cheese between two slices of bread, with the buttered sides facing out.
  4. 4. Place the sandwich in the panini press and grill for about 3-5 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  5. 5. Remove from the press, slice in half, and serve immediately.
