Main Ingredients
- 8 slices Bread
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 4 patties Beef Patties
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
2. Add the sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet.
3. In the same skillet, cook the beef patties until done, about 4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
4. Butter one side of each bread slice. Place 4 slices, butter side down, on the skillet.
5. Add a slice of cheese, a beef patty, some caramelized onions, and another slice of cheese on top of each bread slice.
6. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter side up. Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
