Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Crab cleaned
  • 2 lbs Red Potatoes halved
  • 4 ears Corn cut in halves
  • 1 lb Andouille Sausage sliced
  • 1 packet Crab Boil Seasoning
  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 lemon Lemon cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add crab boil seasoning to the water.
  3. 3. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Add corn and sausage, cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add crab and cook for another 10 minutes or until crab is cooked through.
  6. 6. Drain the pot and transfer contents to a large serving platter.
  7. 7. Drizzle melted butter and minced garlic over the top.
  8. 8. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
