Main Ingredients
- 2 whole Branzino fish cleaned and scaled
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 whole Lemon sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the branzino on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
Stuff the cavity of each fish with minced garlic, lemon slices, and chopped parsley.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot with additional lemon slices and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
