Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the broccoli and red bell pepper, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well.
6. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1 minute.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
