Ingredients 

Salad

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni cooked and drained
  • 3 large eggs hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup red bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tablespoon dill pickle relish

Dressing

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoon white vinegar
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, eggs, celery, onion, red bell pepper, and relish.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour dressing over macaroni mixture and toss to coat.
  5. 5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
