Main Ingredients
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil for frying
1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine zucchini, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Form the mixture into patties and cook in the frying pan until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
