Wonton Soup Recipe

Wontons
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 1 package Wonton Wrappers
Soup
- 6 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Bok Choy, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
3. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add bok choy, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add wontons to the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes or until they float to the top.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
