Ingredients 

Wontons

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 package Wonton Wrappers

Soup

  • 6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Bok Choy, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
  3. 3. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add bok choy, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add wontons to the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes or until they float to the top.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
