Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can White beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Green chilies, diced
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, white beans, green chilies, and shredded chicken.
  2. 2. Add cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in sour cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
