Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 can White beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can Green chilies, diced
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, white beans, green chilies, and shredded chicken.
2. Add cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Stir in sour cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
