- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 2 cans White Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Green Chilies, chopped
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until soft.
2. Add the shredded chicken, white beans, green chilies, and chicken broth to the pot.
3. Stir in the cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
