Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1 bottle White wine 750 ml
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • ¼ cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Club soda
  • ¼ cup Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, puree the watermelon until smooth.
  2. 2. Strain the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  3. 3. Add the white wine, orange juice, and lime juice to the pitcher. Stir well.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. 5. Just before serving, add the club soda and stir gently.
  6. 6. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
