  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • ½ cup vodka
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • unit Ice cubes
  • unit Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Blend watermelon until smooth.
  2. Strain juice into a shaker.
  3. Add vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  4. Add ice and shake well.
  5. Strain into a martini glass.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves.
