Main Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 cups cold water
- Ice cubes as needed
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Blend watermelon until smooth.
Strain the watermelon juice into a pitcher.
Add lemon juice, sugar, and cold water. Stir well.
Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
