Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 4 bags Single-serve bags of corn chips
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- ½ cup Sour cream
- ½ cup Salsa
1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and follow the packet instructions (usually involves adding water and simmering).
3. Open the bags of corn chips and gently crush the chips inside.
4. Spoon the seasoned beef into each bag of chips.
5. Add your favorite toppings: lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa.
6. Serve with a fork and enjoy!
