Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 ¾ cups Milk
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron. Cook until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
