Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vietnamese ground coffee
  • 2 tablespoon Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to a glass.
  2. 2. Place the Vietnamese coffee filter (phin) on top of the glass.
  3. 3. Add 2 tablespoons of Vietnamese ground coffee to the filter.
  4. 4. Pour a small amount of hot water into the filter to bloom the coffee, then fill the filter with hot water.
  5. 5. Allow the coffee to drip into the glass for about 4-5 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir the coffee and condensed milk together.
  7. 7. Fill a glass with ice and pour the coffee mixture over it.
