Instructions
1. Cook vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, minced garlic, and water to make the dressing.
3. In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, shredded chicken, carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts, and herbs.
4. Pour the dressing over the noodle mixture and toss well to combine.
5. Garnish with chopped peanuts and serve immediately.
