Main Ingredients
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
- 0.25 cup onion finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
2. Add the breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and heated through.
