Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Tortillas whole wheat or regular
  • 200 grams Turkey Slices cooked
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup Cheese shredded, optional
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise or any preferred spread

Instructions 

  1. 1. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  2. 2. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each tortilla.
  3. 3. Place turkey slices, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese (if using) on top.
  4. 4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and cut in half if desired.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
