Turkey Carcass Soup
A hearty soup made from leftover turkey carcass.

Main Ingredients
- 1 unit Turkey carcass
- 2 cups Chopped carrots
- 2 cups Chopped celery
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 8 cups Water
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
1. Place the turkey carcass in a large pot and cover with water.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
3. Remove the carcass and strain the broth.
4. Add the chopped vegetables, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme to the broth.
5. Simmer for another hour until vegetables are tender.
