Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 unit Turkey carcass
  • 2 cups Chopped carrots
  • 2 cups Chopped celery
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 8 cups Water
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the turkey carcass in a large pot and cover with water.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  3. 3. Remove the carcass and strain the broth.
  4. 4. Add the chopped vegetables, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme to the broth.
  5. 5. Simmer for another hour until vegetables are tender.
