- 1 kg Chicken pieces cut into serving pieces
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper ground
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 1 liter Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. In another bowl, pour the buttermilk.
3. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
4. Dip each chicken piece in the flour mixture, then in the buttermilk, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
5. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
6. Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes per batch.
7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
