Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef steak thinly sliced
- 8 Small corn tortillas
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
- 2 Limes cut into wedges
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
2. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave.
3. Assemble the tacos by placing beef on each tortilla, then topping with diced onion and chopped cilantro.
4. Serve with lime wedges and season with salt and pepper to taste.
