Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Bolillo rolls sliced in half
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese like Oaxaca or Monterey Jack
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 Jalapeño sliced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the sliced bolillo rolls on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Spread a generous amount of refried beans on each half.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, and jalapeños. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
