Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bolillo rolls sliced in half
  • 2 cups Refried beans
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Sliced avocado
  • 1 cup Crumbled queso fresco
  • 1 cup Sliced pickled jalapeños
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Spread refried beans on the bottom half of each bolillo roll.
  3. 3. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, queso fresco, and pickled jalapeños on top of the beans.
  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise on the top half of each bolillo roll and place on top of the sandwich.
  5. 5. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until the bread is toasted and the fillings are heated through, about 5 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
