Ingredients

  • 2 packs Top Ramen noodles
  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onions
  • 0.5 cup sliced almonds
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 packet ramen seasoning

Instructions 

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded carrots, chopped green onions, sliced almonds, and sunflower seeds.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and ramen seasoning packet.
  4. Add the cooled noodles to the large bowl with the vegetables and nuts.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
