Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 stalk Lemongrass cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 slices Galangal
- 2 leaves Kaffir lime leaves torn into pieces
- 200 grams Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Thai chili paste
- 1 handful Cilantro chopped
1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
2. Add lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add shrimp and mushrooms. Cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
4. Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and Thai chili paste.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
