Three Bean Salad Recipe
A quick and easy three bean salad that's perfect for picnics and potlucks.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Green beans, cooked
- 1 cup Kidney beans, canned and drained
- 1 cup Garbanzo beans, canned and drained
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, red onion, and parsley.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
