Instructions
In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Add the slurry to the saucepan.
Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
