Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ cup cold water

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ¼ cup water, rice vinegar, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  2. In a separate small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in ¼ cup cold water.
  3. Combine both mixtures in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
