Tater Tots Casserole Recipe
A hearty and comforting casserole made with tater tots, ground beef, and cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 small onion, chopped
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Arrange frozen tater tots on top of the cheese layer.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
