Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Bell peppers cut into chunks
  • ½ cup Onion cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with water
  • 2 tablespoon Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add pork and stir-fry until browned.
  3. 3. Add bell peppers, onion, and pineapple chunks. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Mix ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Pour into the wok.
  5. 5. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Serve hot with rice.
