Instructions
1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add pork and stir-fry until browned.
3. Add bell peppers, onion, and pineapple chunks. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
4. Mix ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Pour into the wok.
5. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
6. Serve hot with rice.
