Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
In a large skillet, combine ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
Simmer for an additional 10 minutes, then serve hot.
