Ingredients 

Sushi Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi Rice
  • 2.5 cups Water
  • ½ cup Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 sheets Nori (Seaweed)
  • 1 piece Cucumber cut into strips
  • 1 piece Avocado sliced
  • 200 grams Imitation Crab shredded

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the rice in a rice cooker with the water.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Pour over the cooked rice and mix well.
  4. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  5. Arrange the cucumber, avocado, and imitation crab along the bottom edge of the rice.
  6. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat. Slice with a sharp knife and serve.
