Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Jumbo Pasta Shells
  • 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 piece Egg beaten
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each shell with the cheese mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the shells.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with extra basil if desired and serve.
