Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce 15 oz can
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, cooked rice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and let the soup simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
