- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface. 
- Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. 
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. 
- Layer the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese. 
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the pepperoni. 
- Carefully roll up the dough, starting from one of the long sides, to form a log. 
- Place the Stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
- Brush the top of the Stromboli with olive oil. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. 
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
