Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Layer the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the pepperoni.
Carefully roll up the dough, starting from one of the long sides, to form a log.
Place the Stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the top of the Stromboli with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
