Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak, cubed
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the cubed steak and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add the diced carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
