Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic about 3 cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the marinade ingredients.
  2. Place the steak in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the steak to your desired doneness.
