Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and heavy cream.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
