  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
