Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 can Spam sliced into 8 pieces
  • 4 sheets nori cut in half
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup mirin

Instructions 

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a frying pan, combine soy sauce, sugar, and mirin. Add Spam slices and cook until caramelized.
  3. Place a slice of Spam on a strip of nori, add a scoop of rice, and wrap the nori around to form a musubi.
