- 1 cup Dried soybeans Soaked overnight
- 4 cups Water
1. Soak the soybeans in water overnight.
2. Drain and rinse the soybeans.
3. Blend the soybeans with 4 cups of water until smooth.
4. Strain the mixture using a cheesecloth into a large pot.
5. Bring the liquid to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Let it cool before serving.
