Main Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- ½ cup Cottage Cheese
- ½ cup Shredded Cheese
- ¼ cup Cooked Bacon or Ham, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
1. Preheat your sous vide precision cooker to 172°F (78°C).
2. Blend eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Stir in chopped bacon or ham.
4. Pour the mixture into mason jars or silicone molds.
5. Seal jars or cover molds with foil.
6. Cook in the water bath for 60 minutes.
7. Remove from water bath and let cool slightly before serving.
